Smoked Pork Salad. Sliced pork, bacon, tomato, lettuce, onion with aioli dressing. The pork was good, tasty and tender but the bacon just meh. It's tough and kinda bland. The crouton was light and crisp but once again, lacked seasoning. Tasted nothing but baked bread (a abit salted butter or garlic or parsley gonna make it better, just saying). The aioli dressing was kinda poor too, it tasted like normal mayo, I didn't even taste garlic or olive oil in that dressing. Oh, one more thing, look at that huge pile of onion. That's the bomb! It gave the bowl a big punch of flavor. Love it. Without the onion, it's gonna be a total disappointing salad bowl.
Ps : I will not recommend this salad, but they do sell pizza with pork. How often you find pork in pizza. Meaty and fatty pork with good pizza crust. Definitely recommend the All Pork Pizza.
