I gotta say this place is kinda unique like they don't have set. So you gotta build your own poke bowl. I don't know if they actually have one but when I asked them to recommend one, they told me to make my own bowl. Basically if it doesn't taste good, you can't blame them. It's your creation, you take part of it.

I do believe one thing. We eat with our eyes first. And this bowl didn't appetite me much. Like too messy and boring compared with the other poke places.

Moving on. First I gotta choose the sauce. When they told me they have that sesame shoyu sauce, I immediately chose that one. Yes it did taste like sesame shoyu but not strong enough. Whether they used too few or it just didn't taste much.

Then the protein. Lot of choices but only some available (sold out or coming soon, not so sure). Tuna, salmon, shrimp and chicken if I ain't mistaken. Btw, why there's chicken there. Like who'll choose chicken on their poke. Am I too close minded? Well, I chose the salmon. The reason? I've never tried this place before. So I chose salmon. The safest among all. And it tasted good and fresh. Generous amount of thick cut salmon. Not that small stingy cut.

Then the toppings. I didn't choose any since they didn't ask me. I did get cucumber and sweet onion. Shame, if they asked me I'd chose crispy onion for sure. This bowl lacked that strong fragrance. Like quite bland.

I did ask for an add on. Seaweed salad. Here's a plus point for them. The seaweed was slightly sweet not too sweet like any other poke places. And quite refreshing.

The last to choose was the base. I chose half and half. Half salad and half rice. The salad was okey. Nothing special. But the rice was pretty....sad. like they used boring plain rice. Not sushi rice, not vinegar rice, or whatsoever. If the ingredients had that strong flavor then it's acceptable. But pretty bland ingredients and bland rice? Not my type of meal.

Overall, definitely far below my fav poke place. But still worth to try.
