1. Lot of branches everywhere.
2. Fast wifi (usually).
3. Standardized service.
What could be improved 🙏
Would be great if they listened to their customer because I requested to drink this in a normal cup to prevent usage of plastic (since I did not bring a tumbler with me). But they gave it in a plastic cup anyway :’).
