This gyudon with onsen egg and salmon avocado salad is a truly recommended dish if you go to sushi hiro (I could say a must order menu that never go wrong with the food). The boyz approve this dish by how much the flavour compact together to form one dish and make this explosion of umami flavour into your mouth.
