The Garden Osteria

Janjian makan malam bersama teman disini, maunya sih dari minggu lalu tapi full booked terus, dari depan eksterior nya sudah cantik sekali, dan parkirnya pun harus valet atau hanya bisa drop off saja dibagian depan nya.
Biarpun weekday tetapi tetap ramai, sama seperti saya yang super penasaran mau menikmati makan disini karena seminggu terakhir seliweran di medsos terus hihi.

Suasana malam nya sangat romantis, dengan water fountain iconic dibagian tengah resto jadi menambah suasana makin terasa istimewa sih kalau menurut saya, pelayanan nya juga sangat ramah.

Salah satu yang must order! Homemade tagliatelle yang dimasak dengan creamy demi glace, super tempting! apalagi ditambah Australian ribeye on top! aduh mau lagi, porsi nya besar dan bisa banget untuk sharing, ribeye nya bisa request tingkat kematangan, saya pesan medium well dan masih juicy bgt, tekstur tagliatelle nya juga pas, suka banget!

Froot loops cheese cake (115,000)
Niat hati mau pesan yang magical garden untuk dessert tapi karena mengandung alkohol akhirnya diarahkan pesan dessert ini, tampilan nya super gemesin dengan warna warni meriah, disajikan dengan susu terpisah. Mixed berries cheesecake parfait nya super enak, lembut dan dari semua komponen yang ada saat di mix jadi enak banget. Recommended!

Ini mocktail pesanan saya, rasa Calamansi, lychee, lychee, basil soda & passion fruit berhasil jadi mocktails nyegerin yang enak banget!

Pesanan temanku, icip sedikit dan enak juga! Terdiri dari Pineapple, star anise, thyme & fermented milk, terlihat lebih milky warna nya.

we had a fabulous evening at the garden osteria. hiro group and the team made us feel very welcome! we had the best experience and our taste buds received a wonderful selection of authentic italian food. really good restaurant thoroughly recommend. 

1. tagliatelle bistecca (homemade tagliatelle served with creamy demi glace, balsamic reduction & topped with 120G australian rib eye)

long flat ribbons pasta has an incredibly rich, deep, meaty flavour and thick sauce (nearly syrup-like consistency). the balsamic adds another rich, complex sweetness tang and a slight smokiness. the beef was cooked to perfection (herby in taste, earthy and meaty) 

2. dinamite pizza (tomato sauce, mozarella, crispy pork belly & salsa al peperoncino)

soft dough and springy. generous amount of mozarella and tomato sauce (well-blended & flavourful). thin crust and crusty. the pizza has also a blend of hot and sweet from the pepperoncini. the crispy pork belly!!! wow. 

3. Bailey's Misu (Classic Tiramisu with Baileys sauce)

each bite has a rich yet fluffy yellowish cream. a hint of baileys (sweet and milky with notes of vanilla and chocolate) and a dreamy soft but non-greasy coffee-flavoured ladyfinger. it also has a moderate bitterness from coffee and crunchy cocoa.
