First visit impression: definitely will comeback to this resto at least once per quarter.
But after second visit, definitely got disappointed and really need to consider to visit the third time.
Chicken nanban: chicken nanban is my favorite fried food in Japanese resto, jadi pasti pesen kalau ke Japanese resto. TBH sudah pesen di kunjungan pertama, enak banget sumpah, but kali ini very disappointed. Gak garing, kayak karaage yg udh di simpen lama, then si siram mayo nanban, terus sajiin.
Gyoza: one of the staple food of authentic japanese restaurant. 70k for 10 pcs expected to be gede... Turns out to be kecil, then saos gyozanya pelit bgt .... Not worthy at all for 70k. Then gyozanya pakai frozen gyoza jadi gak fresh at all.
Tonkotsu shin ramen: tonkotsu with spicy chili paste. The chili paste 100% ruin the taste of tonkotsu broth, jdi rasanya kyk kuah pedes. Ga ad rasa tonkotsu lagi.... lebih ke mie kuah pedes. Yang ini mungkin kita salah pesen, better order shio tonkotsu ramen.
Shoyu tonkotsu, if regular tonkotsu expect to be rich in flavour, shoyu expected to be salty... Tapi.... Ini malah asem.... I don't know what is wrong with them or the ingredient.... But very disappointed regarding the taste of shoyu ramen
If you see the menu on pergi kuliner by hari ini, and compare to the bill i get, pasti aware dengan harga sekarang udah di naikin 5rb, tpi kualitas justru turun. Kecewa.
