A very crspy outer layer in the mushroom combined with the surprizingly juicy mushroom inside made a perfect combo in texture, the seasoning was just right. Also the mushroom sauce that came with it was also well seasoned and add another layer texture to the fritters. Overall it was really nice and would order again if i have the chance
