Came here for having Unagi Hitsumabushi or Charcoal Grilled Eel in Nagoya Style (yes I was really curious of it!) and no doubt, it really is THE BEST in town!
There are 4 ways to enjoy Unagi Hitsumabushi:
1. Eat Unagi with Rice only
2. Eat Unagi and Rice, add condiments (Leeks, Nori, and Wasabi)
3. Eat Unagi and Rice, add condiments (Leeks, Nori, and Wasabi), poured and soaked with Dashi (Fish Broth)
4. Eat your favourite style among those three. Unagi with Rice only is the best for my liking, simply because the Unagi itself has already super tasty, you don’t need to put anything!
Price-wise, pricey yet worth it! You can choose your preference of Unagi layers:
- 1 layer (IDR 198,000)
- 1,5 layers (IDR 298,000)
- 2 layers (IDR 398,000)
