Lemongrass, turmeric, young ginger, onion, garlic, galangal, red chili, etc. Marinated with that spices, the chicken had such a beautiful aroma and super rich flavor. It's really juicy and the flavor had penetrated all of this chicken. It's so rich, you can't eat it alone. Eating it with rice gonna be a better plan.
