Big Chicken Sauce Katsu Rice Bowl (88,8K). Ini adalah salah satu menu baru dari @washokusato_indonesia. Chicken Katsu is one of my favorite Japanese meal! It’s a bowl of rice topped with a deep-fried chicken katsu with a home made original sauce. Their chicken katsu, fat and tender, is breaded and fried to a perfect golden brown crispy. It looks golden brown and crunchy, but deep inside, it’s still very soft and tender. The sauce is quite thick and it tasted strong as well. Just how a nice Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl should be. Think I’ll have this one portion for two next time 😋👅👍🏻
