"I'm not sure if it's just my luck or if the service truly warrants a one-star rating. Every time I visit, I consistently wait for 30-45 minutes for my order. The most common excuse is that the food is still cooking or waiting to be done, which is perplexing even when it comes to something as simple as rice. It's disappointing that a reputable establishment like Yoshinoya offers such slow service. I hope management will re-evaluate and improve this, or risk being overshadowed by competitors.
