Why you will love it ❤ 1. Lots of branches everywhere. 2. Love the kwetiau goreng ayam here. When I used to live in Ubud and had crazy kwetiau cravings, this was the place to go. The branches taste similar. Like the smokiness that the noodle has with just the right chewy texture. 3. Cooking process is quite fast. 4. Spacious place in the Bintaro Plaxa branch. 5. Friendly and attentive service.
What could be improved 🙏 1. Kwetiau is on the pricier side, however they do offer various promotions. Plus if they added just a bit more soysauce I think it would elevate the flavour more because it just lacks a hint of sweetness. 2. The pempek had great potential but lacked a great cuko sauce. Though in terms of crispiness on the outside yet moist on the inside - it is quite good.
