Review Pelanggan untuk Mercusuar Cafe & Resto

Hi hope i can describe my personal opinion for this place, the location is up north Dago, Pakar Dago to be exactly,  the following is the 

pros: the location is great and the view is captivating, castle theme which we can use as option to get a better picture experience.
cons the parking lot is far and at far different elevation so its not very friendly to elderly, despite that there is free transport from the parking lot to restaurant but there are no clear sign where to wait 
the food was "sorry" very terrible, i ordered barbeque ribs but it came very cold and smells, i ask to the waiters to be properly prepared but came same thing.

the waiters is somehow not easy to be contacted, they seemed to be gathered but not customer focus.

the food was taking to long to be processed, theres one time a group of cust next to us is cancelled their order.
