Pork Knuckle. Super crispy pork knuckle served with honey mustard and spicy sauce. The pork itself was super good, no sauce needed. 3 different texture with mind blowing taste. The meat was succulent., juicy fat and super crispy skin. Obviouly the skin was the best one. The skin just cracking and popped in my mouth. Pork-gasm guaranteed.
