The name is Satay Kato, at a glance it looks like Satay Taichan, but trust me this is different 😃
The chicken is dipped in marinade sauce before its grilled, this made it a unique rich savoury flavour. The chilli sauce was really good, it's like a homemade chilli, there's sweet and savoury flavour and not just spicy and sour that made this a really nice chilli.
They used the thigh and skin of the chicken for the meat.
