Review Pelanggan untuk Rempah Iting

Looking around Sarinah for simple food, I then decided to have my rather late lunch in this Rempah Iting, located in Enka Deli Square between HK Cafe & Total Buah. Secluded and totally empty was how it looked like when I came into this restaurant. Place is rather dim and not so comfy, suitable for quick lunch.
Here, I ordered Plecing Kangkung and Ayam Bakar Rempah. Well, I was the only customer, so I expected eveything to be ready for around 10 minutes, but no, it took up to 20 minutes or so just for these two dishes to be served. Lucikly, I was not in a hurry. Already a turndown for its service.
Ok, now, the food. Let me start with the 'bad news'. The kale (kangkung) is totally off colour and clearly not fresh. It was not well-cooked and its taste was revoltingly weird. Still edible, I can say, but yeah, I didn't manage to finish it. My stomach can't bear it, I guess.
Then, the 'good news' is with the second menu. The spices are quite decent (I always love spices) with taste a little bit similar to Rendang spice. This at least appeased me after big disappointment with the greens. Problem was with some black burns on few parts of the chicken.
All in all, 3.0 here is for the warm service, yet I don't think of having my meal here again.
