A solid skewer. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The burnt charred aroma was good. It had that charred smokiness to it.

Then the spring onion, it gave crunchy texture and earthiness to it. I love spring onion in chicken skewer. I just do.

Then I tried to use the yellowish pile of sauce which was the yuzu kosho. It introduced a nice surprising flavors. Zesty, salty and bit spicy. I gotta say you must use it if you happen to eat this. The zestyness and spiciness of the yuzu really enhanced the charred chicken and the earthiness of the spring onion balanced the flavor out.
