Been ordered for 37 minutes and not even a single drink served to our table. Asked 3 different servants and all replied: sebentar, segera datang, without even look at our receipt and cross check to the kitchen. Other tables cones after us has been served full menu, they even got their drinks not more than 5 minutes after they took their sit. Only after called with tone to 4th servants and make sure she got to the kitchen to check, we got pur orders served, we saw right in front of our table that it only took around 5 minutes for them to prepare our meals. Very disappointing how previous 3 servants just say a moment and not even properly served us and the apology only cone after we asked again an again(from soft to high tone). Oh they even forgot our gyoza! It vone later after we ASKED AGAIN! How terrible, and their excuse is only: the order was JATUH! The store was not even full, 10 people at the kitchen and only 3 are moving, the rest mostly standing. So no excuse for not properly check our orders with tour stupid : sebentar lagi disiapin, sebentar segera datang”.  Please seirock ya MKG, train your staff more!!! Anyway, I will come to this store again!
