Tanamera Coffee is finally here at Summarecon Digital Center (SDC)! If you are living around Gading Serpong, take some time to stop by because it's so much closer than going to Thamrin, right?
At first, we really didn't have any idea where Tanamera Coffee is located for sure. One and only solution was...ask the security nearby! And finally we found them! It was located outside, around the supermarket drop off, or to be more precise it is next to Periplus bookstore.
As soon as we saw it, we felt like going in. The room was filled with two big tables shaped in a rectangle (for 7-8 persons) and long sided table attached to the wall with some high chairs. Unfortunately, there was no small tables, but you can share those big tables with others. Even though it isn't a big place, its size makes it very cozy and comfortable. The lighting was also not too bright which we adore so much!
And how about the coffee? To start off, we ordered the most standard out of all, hot cappuccino! We are so sorry to say that it was like the other cappucino. But still, it smells like heaven! If you are not a fan of bitter cappuccino, add one sachet of sugar and taraaaa! You have some sweetness into your hot cappuccino!
We also ordered Hot Mocha Latte which we highly recommend you guys to try out! It has a strong Mocha flavour into it and it was a little bit dense. The density of a coffee bean is often taken as a sign of quality, as a more dense bean will roast more evenly which tastes good!
The service was ok. It took about 5 to 7 minutes until the cappuccino and mocha latte served. Then, they are still using manual order (written). And for extra information, they will be opening their second floor in the middle of May! Really can't wait to see the full interior concept
A great escape after a hectic day to Signora Pasta
Few weeks ago, one of us got a 15% discount voucher to spend in this Italian Restaurant. At that moment, I was surprised and felt so curious because I haven't heard anything about this restaurant. So, today, we decided to go there and hoping for the best. We ordered Fusilli Al Forno and Crostone. By reading the name, I guess some of you will be confused because they are so unfamiliar.
Fusilli Al Forno is a baked fusilli pasta with bolognese sauce, besciamella (white sauce), mozzarella and parmigiano cheese. The good news is...it was very good! The pasta was well cooked! For the sauce, it tastes sour and a little bit spicy. For better taste, we recommend you to add chilli sauce to it! Also, the portion isn't too big!
And for you who are very curious about the Crostone...here it is! Smoked beef and cheese placed in bread, served with french fries and vegetable salad! For us, the bread was still too thick and hard to bite, but the filling was awesome! The excitement of smoked beef combined with cheese as the filling was too crazy! Another thing that we adore from this Crostone was the french fries! We love how they served the "not to dry-crispy or that mushy french fries" but the perfect one! And the salad was a great complement to all!
We were also pleased by the atmosphere around the restaurant. It was relaxing yet interesting place to eat. Their wood theme resto was the one! You can also hear Italian music playing trough the entire restaurant.
Lastly, the service was fast! Faster than we thought! I think that we were waiting for only about 15 minutes to have all food and drinks served completely on our table!
Thank you for this great culinary experience, Signora Pasta! Looking forward to try another tasteful menus!
