Funny story. My family and I were in Grand Indonesia to break fast but other restaurants were packed so we entered this place. Little did we know that this place serves nonhalal food😂

Everything I ordered are so delicious, I don't know when I'm returning whether I'll pick the same dish or try the other ones. I had Bakpao Telor Asin, Kuo Tie Isi Daging Ayam, Mie dengan Irisan Bebek Panggang, and Chrysanthemum Tea. Bakpao Telor Asin was steamed perfectly. Bun was tender, soft, and not mushy; filling was delectably good. Kuo Tie Isi Daging Ayam tasted like gyoza but it was so-so. The meat was moderate. The best dish I tried was the Mie dengan Irisan Bebek Panggang which basically is noodle with roasted duck. Noodle was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, very savory, just flawless. The meat was also cooked right and juicy, both the noodle and meat compliments each other so well I just couldn't stop munching it. Chrysanthemum tea came in a big tea pot. Its distinctive taste and scent is very calming and refreshing.

Seatings and tables are all wooden, no sofa seatings but somehow it's still comfortable. There are small tables and medium ones. You can see the cook making your food, which can be slightly entertaining if you literally have nothing to do. All in all nothing special but quite comfy.

Waiters were attentive but the waiting time was quite long.

Highlights: Mie dengan Irisan Bebek Panggang! So tasty, I'd deffo come back to have this again.

I had legend steak (medium rare) with mushroom sauce, mashed potato, spinach and lemon tea. I can't even begin to explain how delish the steak here is. Starting from the meat, it was 400 gr of juicy and tender, cooked to perfection according to your liking (from rare to well done), seasoned marvelously inside out inches to inches. When you cut the meat, oil and meat juice will pour out from inside and will make you want to savor it in .5 seconds. I simply can't get enough. The portion is quite large so one plate would do. Mushroom sauce went awesome with the meat and the rest of the side dishes. Mashed potato was great also, the texture is very soft and alongside the savory spinach, everything combines into this pulchritudinous cuisine that you will crave for every now and then. If you haven't tried this you haven't lived. Lemon tea was refillable so you can drink as much as you can.

Pricey but worth. every. penny. Definitely a guilty pleasure you should give in to now and then.

It is decorated mainly with wooden benches and tables, with a reception area you can sit while you wait to get seated inside. Located at the second floor next to Sate House Senayan. Has a southern vibe to it as it is a steakhouse.

Waiters and waitresses are so attentive and kind. Always confirms your order so you get it right. They know their menu thus they know what to recommend you if you're a first timer.

Highlight: LEGEND STEAK in medium rare is LEGENDARY. No words could ever aptly describe how good this one is!
