I got very bad experience at Wee Nam Kee Pacific Place.
I ordered 2 sets of chicken rice for breast filet , take away as their last order at 9.15 PM, on 11 Nov 2022. The waiter & supervisor confirmed twice that Breast filet is available. It took so long till 9.45 PM.
I open the 2 boxes at home for family dinner with my wife & son and shockingly all are little piece of thigh part, consider leftover chicken.. :(
I feel totally cheated with all take away service as those price IDR 136,000 and thought deserved good food but turn out unexpected & very disappointed.
Somerthing wrong with staff in kitchen when treat customer like leftover food in box for takeaway. No supervisor to control how the food served & i found the waiter said the prawn rolled was delayed because it was taken & mixed by other order.
I feel worried to eat at Wee Nam kee Pacific Place with poor quality of service & not sure if the manager is aware of what they serve from kitchen to customer for take away.
Totally very disappointed with this poor service & tried already to cheat customer for total bill IDR 234,300.
Hope for immediate improved or other customer will get worse food experience.
