I had early dinner with myself, I had a truffle Australian Tenderloin steak 200 gram. It's medium level, and it's perfect. the meat was juicy, tender and well seasoned. But there is some of the muscle, which made me to chew harder and takes time to swallow. regardless of that part, actually it was very juicy and the well marinated. the side dishes are salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes) and potato wedges. I love the potato wedges, which is very crispy and savory, salty.
