Martabak San Francisco

Diantara menjamurnya toko martabak yang ada di Jakarta, menurut gue yang paling gak fail masalah rasa dan packaging itu ya San Fransisco, harganya masih masuk di akal, kemasannya bagus jadi mau pesen lewat gojek pun masih cantik dan rasanya TOP !
kemarin gue pesen martabak kekinian Green Tea Lovers, dengan base green tea gitu. Edan yang bagian green tea kit kat gak pelit banget ngasih topping dan super enak yah buat gue.
Selain itu gue juga pesen martabak telor dengan keju mozarella yang menurut gue isiannya yumm yaaa. menurut gue merk san fransisco ini ENAK !

Martabak San Fransisco is another happening martabak joint cause they are serving variant of hype martabak. The menu is divided into two main kind of martabak, sweet and savory. At first, we wanted to try Martabak Green Tea Kitkat with almond, but turned out they already ran out of almond eventhough it was still early (around 4 pm). So we chose Martabak Green Tea Kitkat with Keju (L)

The dough is a little bit oily for me, and it wasn't that thick. The texture was right, not too gooey and chewy, it just melted right away in your mouth. Another nice thing is the level of the cook was just perfect. They generously gave us the kitkat, but I kinda missed the existence of the cheese itself in there.
