This food definitely not my cup of tea eventhough it is one of the famous dish here in bogor.
The ngo hiang I knew since young is savoury in flavour but this one is way too sweet and the sauce kinda weird and sweet too.
Guess it is not suitable with my javanese tongue who likes saltiness rather than sweetness.
