What a great experience ! Being able to join the collaboration between this restaurant and Sangsaka Bali was a great experience for me ! Okay before i do the review about the food, let me give my compliment to their service, their staff is really helpful and give you a huge smile everytime they serve you with their food. The ambience itself is really elegant yet still make you feel comfortable and feel like home.
So like i said before, when i went to this restaurant, theres an collaboration event between Chef Adit (FROM 1945 Restaurant) and Chef Maxie (Sangsaka Restaurant) and they served me with a great food experience from their menu. The list of the menu that i tried that night Jagung Bakar (a small grilled corn cake with a small presentation of jagung bakar and a little bit spicy), Rujak Tuna Natsepa, Ceker Ayam Consome (i hate ceker ayam because the presentation not really good but this one is ceker ayam in another level, The aromatic chicken feet soup gonna blow your mind away), Breakdown the lobester, duo of beef (sensation of sumatera island is here, i love the andaliman jus) and putri salju (it's a awesome and i hope it can be fix menu in this restaurant, the new form of snow white cookies). AMAZING EXPERIENCE
