Kedatangan saya ke Aphrodite Bar kala itu karena di sana menyediakan layar untuk nobar World Cup 2018. Keadaan saat itu sangat ramai dan didominasi oleh warga asing (bule). Saya datang bersama 8 orang teman dan memesan bir pitcher dengan ukuran maxi. Pengalaman yang baik saya dapatkan di sana, hanya saja cukup disayangkan tidak ada no smoking area sehingga ruangan kurang kondusif, penuh dengan asap rokok.

This restaurant is located inside a club house in Kuningan area. The interior actually is a bar and there are billiard table. So at first I thought they don't have delicious lunch meals. But friends told me the food is delicious. They serve Indonesian and Western foods. Most of them are typically homey meals. We decided to order the western ones. Surprisingly, when the foods come out, the portion is huge (not big guys). It's completely huge, like a double portions of common portion in Indonesia. So does the plate. About the taste, it is really delicious and served while hot. Even when I half finished my meal, it is still hot.
Well, I ordered:
1. Chicken Parmigiana with Fettucini
It's perfect, the taste, texture and combination. The chicken breaded is crunchy yet tender. It is topped with cheese and tomato sauce which is not a pasta because there are minched tomato. There is strong taste and aroma of garlic in the fettucini.
2. Lamb Sheperd Pie
Good combination of cheese and lamb. So tender and juicy.
3. Sweet ice tea
Always a good choice of beverages for any meals.
About the price, it's still realistic considering the portion, taste and the comfy place.

Sejujurnya bisa sampai makan disini karna diajak oleh teman dari Inggris.. Katanya makanan disini enak banget dan harganya okay.. Begitu tiba ternyata harganya cukup pricy tapi yaudah hajar aja pesen meat pie eh... Enaaaaak bo... Cobain deh..
