if you’re bored with your typical Caesar Salad, you should definitely try Kinako Salad. This hearty salad is a filled with generous mushrooms: enoki, shimeji and eringi king oyster mushroom, a large handful of leafy greens, thin slices of daikons, cherry tomatoes, papricas, and drizzled with ponzujoyu, a fresh citrus soy sauce.
