Why you will love it ❤
1. I really like the sambal sangan! It is a delight to eat as you get plenty of it on top of the duck. It’s not too spicy, just a little bit on the tangy side (very subtle) and sweet. Which goes well with the duck.
2. Prior to being fried, the duck is cooked with special ingredients for four hours. The duck is fried without oil but using a frying pan made of clay. Quite a unique cooking style.
3. Spacious restaurant.

What could be improved 🙏
Cleanliness could be improved. The sink was not very clean and you could see piles of dirty dishes because the separator was not high and visible from the restaurant area.
