Roast Pork Sambal Ijo Roulade (98k)
It is a cafe that comes from Singapore to Jakarta. The menu that I ordered is made of roasted pork with house-made sambal ijo, roasted garlic cous cous, glazed peppers, and coriander herb oil. Personally, I think the menu is quite small and the sambal ijo did not quite feel like a usual strong sambal ijo. But, I still like the tenderness of the roast pork.
