Mattina (72k) 6.5/10
Milk chocolate coffee bavarois, caramel, dark chocolate sponge, caramelised puff rice. Quite a basic combination, but there’s enough textural difference from the puffed rice that elevated this from your basic chocolate mousse. A bit too sweet for me.

Citrus Caramellia ⭐️(72k) 8/10
Caramelised white chocolate mousse, honey citrus caramel, blood orange kedondong gel, brown sugar sponge, caramelised puff rice. More unusual vs mattina, nice sweet-sour combo. Highlight was definitely the blood orange kedondong and honey citrus caramel. Would recommend this.

Cinta (25k) & PBnJ (25k) 6/10
Loads of interesting flavour combinations available. Cinnamon tabasco was really good. They’re tiny though so would rather go for the entremets.

Raspberry Coldbrew (45k) 5/10
Coffee was not strong, syrup was more sweet vs sour. Nice option if you’re not a strong coffee drinker.
