Curly Cheese Steak

"Buka mas?" | "Yup udah buka." | Suddenly my randomness told me to go snacking to PasarSanta at Monday afternoon. Sore? Iya sore. When everyone knows that most of the food stalls in PasarSanta close on Monday. Even at 3pm. Curly cheese steak was one of very few choices in PasarSanta back then. They have very small space, only one long table for 4 seats. Well, they sell grab-and-go food anyways.
We don't have to choose menu, but there are choices of bread: Panini or hot dog bun? And choices of meat: Rib eye (38k) or Wagyu (50k)?
My choice was Rib eye steak in hot dog bun (38k). And he cooked it right away with me waiting, mouthwatering from the smell of stir-fry onion!
And then it served quite fast on my table: paper box wrapped with aluminum foil, half-open hotdogbun, filled with rib-eye steak & cheese on top, and tacos. It took me 2 mins to eat it after served for photography session 😂
And then i ate it. My first bite? I'm amazed! It reminds me of Philly cheesesteak from Fatback, in a moooore tasty experience! Hot dog bun was good, beef are tender & well-seasoned, and the highlight are the cheese! The generous amount are melted & stick the beef with the bun, and leave a long string of cheese while we ate it.
Taco was also okay & savory. If you like Fatback Philly cheesesteak, you should try this one! I guarantee you're gonna love it, and of course it's cheaper! Would lovely to return!

pas ke sini, dia lagi special wagyu beef, cuma untuk 16-17 mei aja, dan kedepannya katanya lagi di pertimbangkan untuk memasukan wagyu ini ke menu mereka. gue pilih pake panini bread dan extra cheese, rasanya mantep banget! dagingnya empuk dan berbumbu, cheesenya di grill sebentar baru di taro di dalem roti, wah pas di gigit meleleh semua, mantep abis! penjualnya juga ramah, ini sih recommended banget deh kalian harus cobain!
