What a beautiful Saturday Afternoon to be spent at De Luca. It's Italian restaurant that mostly served Italian cuisine from appetizer, main course like pasta, pizza to dessert. All are perfectly prepared and cooked for the beloved customer. Me as the customer are so happy with their services, their lighting are not so bright, made the customer feel relaxed, without so much bright in the room.

1. Bruschetta Salmon
the first meal as the starter or appetizer. It's a thin slices of Bruschetta with smoked salmon on top, herbed cream cheese, fresh tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil. I love the texture of the bread, are crispy and the salmon are fresh! The combination of the soft fluffy smoked salmon and the crunchy thinly Bruschetta are on point! Plating are so beautiful


2. Meatball Gratin
Lovely rounded shaped made from beef, yes its a meatball guys! coated with a tomato puree and a lot of mozzarella cheese. Ps: you should eat it right away, while its hot or once it served to the table, cuz the cheese still melting and soft. One portion consist about 6 meatball. The meat are tender, soft and juicy, oh my God, i'm drolling right now, while i'm writing this review.

3. Escargot
Lovely dishes, as the starter, it's light, chewy and well seasoned. Surprisingly, there's no weird smell, cause its fresh and the pesto sauce are so delicious. Trust me, you should try it when you visit De Luca. promise me, you will thank me later for this menu.

4. Beef Suprema

Pizza with thin crust, oh my God, the edge are so crispy, i can even hear myself eating, of the crunchy sound, like it was ASMR. While the topping has got it all, that i love, like spicy beef salami, mozzarella cheese, Basil. It's everyone favorite! i believe you too.

5. Pizza Salmon

Similiar dishes with Beef Suprema, yes it's a pizza guys which is thin crust, very bery thin, that's why i love it the crunchy crispy, almost like the welcome bread that served on the table. Smoked Salmon are fresh, it's good for you who love sashimi. The balance of the creme fraiche, smoked salmon, champignon, truffle oil are perfect! belissimo

6. Pizza Blackpepper
Favorite pizza among three pizza that i order, the topping are beef black pepper, Capsicum, Tomato Sauces, and not to forget the MOzzarella cheese as the queen. Every pizza has mozzarella, cause i believe everyone love cheese like i do.

7. Frutti di Mari
Pasta with a creamy sauce with seafood in aglio style. I do really love this pasta, as the shape are wide and thick, not like other regular aglio, De Luca has it's own style that made its so unique. Pasta are al dente and the flavor are so balance, no need extra chili sauce or tomato sauce and i just add some chili flakes for more spicy.

8. Arrabiata
Angle hair pasta that is so thin, soft almost like mee-sua,same but different. I love this dish, simply delicious which is seasoned with tomato sauces, garlic and chili. For some people, they might say it's plain, but for me, i believe for real authentic Italian food, there is no need overpowering seasoning like salt or chili sauce. Cause real pasta should be the way it is.

9. Carbonara
What a lovely pasta, creamy, al dente and well seasoned. I can slurp it right away, and no need be shy if there's leftover sauce on your lips, it's remarkable and show that you really enjoy your pasta. Again ,the pasta are served with beef bacon, egg yolk, and parmesan custard. Dont forget add some chili flakes for you guys who love spicier than others. Again dont be afraid, if you can't eat pork, cause every dishes on De Luca are ssafe and no pork, only chicken and beef are allowed in the kitchen. Come on guys try their pasta, so geeewwwdd, i really mean it! or if you like it more spicier, just simply add some drop of Tabasco Sauces.

10. Pannacotta
My perfect sweet tooth to wrap up the whole meal, it has the perfect texture of softness, firm, yet still jiggly and served with three flavors like chocolate, strawberry and caramel. Love the strawberry the most. Yummyy to the max! love it so much, it melting in my mouth, such a perfect happiness in a spoon.
