Eightman

Ordered Eight Tantanmen (79k), Truffle Ramen (109k), Ebimayo Avocado (79k) & Mabo Tofu (79k). All tasted good, service was quick, place was nice especially the private rooms. My personal fav was the Ebimayo because the avocado added a nice touch to it, but I'd also recommend the Tantanmen! They managed to give a medium to strong szichuan-style kick while also keeping things fresh. Some of the portions are decent, while some others might be too small for the price

Who knew there's an exquisite and delectable ramen shop tucked away in an office tower's parking area? Not me, that's for sure!
Yet, here I am pleasantly surprised with this absolute gem!
I ordered the Tomato Ramen, while the prep time was a bit long, it's an absolute delight and definitely worth the wait! The noodles are thin and of the perfect consistency right through the end. The broth is a slightly tangy, yet at the same time so refreshing and light it won't leave you with a heavy feeling in your belly. It takes me less than 5 minutes (!) to finish everything, right to the last drop of the broth.

Do call ahead and make a reservation before you come, as they have limited seatings.

Yang gw sedihkan ketika Meatman berubah jadi Eightman adalah, semua menu Yakitori nya udah ngga ada..hiks..padahal dulu gw suka banget sama yakitori di sini.
Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen) yang paling gw suka dari Meatman juga udah ngga ada..


Sekarang Eightman jadi spesialis Ramen berkuah dgn menu andalannya yaitu Truffle Ramen.
Gw cobain ini karena ada bbrp influencer yang reccomend..

Truffle Ramennya enak, kuah truffle nya dari kaldu ayam, dan ada 3 iris dada ayam..
Tekstur mie nya cukup oke.. (4/5)

Nah, tapi yang enak menurut gw di sini Hotplate Poek Gyoza nya!!
Ukurannya mini, pas di mulut, gw sukanya karena dia pake jahe di seasoning pork nya, dan dilengkapi dengan racikan kecap gyozanya yang passs..ga terlalu asin.
