Review Pelanggan untuk Filosofi Kopi Perfecto

A fresh concept from @filosofikopi here at Filkop Perfecto at Barito, Jakarta Selatan, they served various signature coffee & non-coffee mocktails.

We had ‘Sweet Devotion’; the sweet and creamy espresso with strawberry cream tea and topped with cinnamon dust. Sweet and have creamy texture, which is i like. Padahal basednya espresso. Dan pesen juga ‘Lestari Bloom’; fruity & floral cold brew mixed with fermented pineapple👌🏻

They also have another coffee drinks such as Lattes, and non coffee drinks. Afterall, i like their signature drinks because they all made all the ingredients by the filkop themselves👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Also the foods here are healthy and yummy. Sebagai appetizer kita pesen Pangsit Mushroom. Ini enak sih!!! Mushroomnya full dengan cocolan sambalnya juga enak bgt sambalnya pedes dan wangi!

Lalu, We had Tiwus Coffee Rub Burger, which was the patty rubbed with Tiwus Coffee beans (the main beans at Filosofi Coffee). Rasa burgernya sebenarnya enak, tapi saat kita kesana patty dan mayonya asin.. Cukup berasa di lidah asinnya, padahal udah enak, wangi kopi juga pattynya. Kita sudah komplain dan mereka berespon baik sama komplainan kitaa!👍🏻 Terus juga pesan, Grilled Salmon Killa with Cauliflower Rice. Ini juga enak dan sehat! Came with big portion. Namun lagi lagi salmonnya sedikit keasinan.. Tapi sisanya enak semuaa!

and for the dessert, we had Apple Berries Pancake.
Duh dia punya pancake ini so fluffy dan tebal bgt!! Porsinya generous jadi fix kenyang! The apple is apple cinnamon, enak asam asam seger terus maple syrupnya gak pelit. Sedikit kemanisan, tapi kayanya bisa request si maple syrupnya jangan kebanyakan. disesuaikan ajaa!

Afterall, ini antara rasa makanan - porsi - ambience tempat - dan harga cukup bikin kaget ternyata gak semahal banget yang aku pikir. Ini sesuai banget sih semuanya alias perfect fit ya menurut akuu.

The place is very spacious and has two levels, but i like the first level and sit on the coffee bar with some sun lights🥰 A perfect place to have great brunch/coffee time with friends or just to work fron cafe👌🏻
