Oyster Mornaise
Enjoying the very last moment in 2016 and welcoming 2017 by having dinner at Gaia was a great experience. For this special occasion, they provide a set menu consist of amuse, starter, primo, main course and dessert. My favorites are their Oyster Mornaise and Ravioli turbot in lobster sauce, gold dust, milk foam. They totally opted good songs to be played by the band during dinner time until midnight. And when it was came to count down, they brought each of us a trumpet. Happy New Year 2017.
