They only serve 20 plates for every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very limited edition.
I loved everything about the pancake! The butter, the cream, the maple syrup. But the texture of the pancake was not as fluffy as it claimed to be.
Be prepared for the waiting time. Our waiter forgot our order and it took us 1.5 hr to wait for our pancakes.

Super loved this pancake! I would say this was not a light and moist pancake, instead it was heavy and dense (which I really like, weird I know). I am not sure if it’s the intended texture or they just failed because it’s almost like they were overmixing the batter.
