Review Pelanggan untuk Ippudo

I've always loved those type of ramen with thick consistency that just taste sooo heavy. I expect Ippudo broth to be that way since it looks like that. But to be honest I was kinda expecting too much. Saya pesen Shiromaru Ramen yang reguler size dapetnya mie lurus, bisa pilih tingkat kematangannya dan saya pilih hard.
It cames in a "looks-like-small-but-actually-quite-deep-bowl", the broth looks good but it was lack of taste. I was looking for an umami taste from it, but nah. The noodle wasn't hard enough, I should've pick the super hard option.
I also order their corn tempura, and again I was dissapointed by how the also fried the cob. It'll much better if they only fried the shreded corn. No hassle.
Their service tho was good and impressing. They took our order in squat position to make sure they hear our order well and we can hear them as well.
If you like ramen with good mild broth than this is the right place for you.
