Jittlada Restaurant

Thai food is one of my favorite type of culinary. Thailand food is popular by sour and spicy taste. Seafoods one of best dishes we found in Thai restaurant. In town, Jitlada is one of restaurant i recommended. Jitlada is specialist in Thai cuisines. From it concept, Jilada has offering many variant of traditional foods of Thailand, either appetizer, main course, meats, vegetable and even desserts and drinks.

Jitlada has open in several malls in town. I had been tried some of it actually, but in this chance i'd like to tell one at the Grand Indonesia Mall. From it place, it's obviously in Thailand theme, typical ornament, the chair and tables in classic style by wooden, feels like in typical Thailand bistro. All waiters wearing Thailand attire, so it does has Thai symbian.

So i ordered some foods during my dinner, i was just order few of main course, and here it is.

It is Tom Yum Koong, famous Thai Sour & Spicy soup. Usually, this soup using few kind of seafoods like prawn, squid, or fish. But in Jitlada, they are serving each soup is for one person only and the only sea creature i found there is only a prawn and some of mushrooms, few seasoning leaf. From taste, it is good sour and spicy, great seasoning. But one bowl is not full enough for my tongue to taste :-) Then we have Basil Beef.

 It is pan fried minced beef with crispy basil leaf. Beef taste great, nice seasoning, some chilli made spicy and smell of basils really good. And last dish is Mayonaise Soft Shell Crab.

Fried shell crab looks stunning. It is very crispy, but just little under seasoning, even though its served with mayonaise sauce, but more seasoning for the crab should be better. 

And also, there's a smell of scorched. Taste like, the oil used before to cook another dish. I am not sure if it smells from the crab but it does affected the crab under seasoning. All over foods are good, but the crab can get better i hope :). Basil beef is one of best. Place is fine, even though the lights bit obscure, but it is suitable with the concept restaurant. The price, it is not cheap as traditional food compare if visiting Thailand, we may found their foods much cheaper just like street foods here. But as it restaurant, we pay more for better service and place :-). Thai food lovers, should try this at least.

Gw makan bareng keluarga dan pesen pad thai, pandan chicken dan makanan lainnya. Pad thai nya enak, gw nggak biasa makan pad thai di tempat lain tapi ntah kenapa kali ini gw memutuskan buat makan dan ternyata rasanya enak  Untuk pandan chicken nya sih biasa aja dan pas gw pesen udah nyaris nggak kebagian alias abis. Untuk suasana restoran ini, menurut gw sih biasa aja dan nggak ada yang spesial dan hal sama berlaku untuk harganya yang menurut gw rada mahal tapi masih dalam kategori ok. Untuk pelayanan dan kebersihannya masih dapet lah rating 4 dari 5, secara nggak mengecewakan dan bagus-bagus aja 

Jittlada adalah salah satu restaurant thailand yang ada di jakarta dan restaurant ini menjadi favorit saya karena hampir semua menu makanan disini enak dan membuat saya ingin lagi. Kali ini saya pesan salah satu menu yang menjadi rekomendasi di restaurant ini, yaitu pineapple fried rice. Porsinya cukup untuk dua orang. Cara penyajiannya cukup unik, yaitu dengan meletakkan nasi gorengnya di dalam mangkuk kulit nanas itu sendiri. Buat saya rasanya sangat enak karena nasinya pas tidak kelembekkan dan bumbunya sangat gurih. Di dalamnya juga terdapat potongan nanas yang cukup banyak dan butiran kacang mede sebagai pelengkap. Ini adalah menu favorit saya di Jittlada. Restaurant ini juga berkonsep menarik seperti berada di restaurant Thailand.
