roti kobi are great toast with chocolate sprinkle and cheese. The bread are soft inside, very fragrant and baked untill golden brown. The cheese are overloaded, i love the creamy butter inside. Good for tea time or simply for breakfast with hot coffee or hot tea. it can last long overnight, in room temperature, no need to put in the refrigerator, otherwise the bread will dry, and simply pre-heat in the oven for warm and softer texture of the bread.
