nasi pagongan consists of spinach green rice, braised egg, sauteed salted fish (ariidae fish), potato and dried shrimp chips, shredded fried beef, fried grated coconut, chili and additional sambal bunga kecombrang or torch flower chilli sauce. This Nasi Pagongan is one of my favorite rice dishese here. 
Nasi Sanglah is one of their Wednesday special other than Nasi Liwet.  nasi Sanglah consists of lime leaves cooked rice with squid, shredded fried beef, grilled chicken in chili sauce, squid in green chili sauce, sautéed jackfruit and sambal goreng tempeh (fried tempeh and nuts  in caramelized brown sugar). This Nasi Sanglah was delicious. A must try for your Wednesday visit to this place
