Review Pelanggan untuk Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba

So this is my 2nd attempt to visit this restaurant, tried to visit them few days ago when there's an opening buy 1 get 1 promotion, but totally failed because they were so crowded and the waiting list was very long already.
This time i came earlier with a high hope for this soba since it was highly rated by a lot of foodies. The table was almost full, i sat at the bar table, facing the open kitchen.
I order the Niku iri Mazesoba, the topping was minced meat, spring onions, nori, pork belly and egg. The waiter informed me that the egg will be soft boiled, and i said yes goos then, i want the soft boiled one. Also i've asked for non spicy soba since i was having a gastric issue, she said yes.
It took about 40 minutes to finally have our food on the table, and the niku iri soba that served was with a raw egg, not soft boiled, luckily, my friend was ordering the same dish and she was okay with the raw egg, so i passed the first bowl to her, and i wait for the second one and remind the chef again that please gave me a soft boiled egg on the 2nd bowl. It took another 5 minutes to do that and then, i asked if the soba is spicy, since i saw a red things like chili on the bowl, the waitress said no. But it turns out it was hot! It's hot because of the chili and the pepper as well, i can taste pepper quite boldly in there, especially on the minced meat.
The pork belly was okay too, not bad but nothing special.

The soba noodle, kind of disappointing, it was a bit sticky, or overcooked.
Overall, i think what's wrong with this dish was, there was a lot of bold flavor going on in 1 bowl. I don't taste any typical taste of this soba. The meat has it own flavor and so does the soba, then they had like a teaspoon of minced garlic, and also a lot of spring onion. For me personally, the flavor is too much and i didn't like it. I think *bura soba is way better than this.
Coming back? Maybe.. not so sure though..
