Meatball and Fondue, black angus beef meatballs served with creamy cheese sauce.
Using a good quality meat. I can definitely tell from how juicy and fragrance it’s. This dish served with cheese sauce, which means this will taste salty like how real cheese should be. I’m not a big fan of cheese and salty flavor, so this sauce doesn’t really suits me in person.

Crispy Tuna, cornflakes, edamame, sea urchin mayo & lume lemon oil.
I love how crispy the cornflakes with a bit of sweet flavor, it matches the juicy fresh tuna. Loving their sea urchin mayo & lume lemon oil. Bringing all together.

Buratta Safron Risotto, my super champion! The best risotto I’ve ever had. All the creamy texture balanced just right. Served inside a dome that made from something rice I guess.
