To celebrate Hotel Borobudur Jakarta 44th anniversary, they have Teppanyaki set menu at Miyama Japanese Restaurant, late 23rd March 2018 ago.

The set menu consist of Teppan grilled thin sliced beef & chicken with potatoes, bean sprouts & broccoli, served with Japanese steak sauce, steamed rice, miso soup & as a finale, a matcha mousse. Frankly speaking, for me, the Teppan grilled & miso soup not too outstanding, but me personally love the matcha mousse, the bitter of matcha blending perfectly with the sweet thin slice white chocolate as a topping. Also love the soft cold texture too. Will be back again for another menu.
