Review Pelanggan untuk Momokino

Hey Guys, i have good news for you, i found a very good Japanese Restaurant that serves an Authentic Japanese Food, which is from Osaka. The Owner originally from Japan, His name is Kinosan and her wife is Indonesian. Both of them are so friendly and kind. Momokino was inspired from Kinosan Family, His Sure Name is Kino, from generation to generation, his family has expand his land and put the sign under Kino Family, meanwhile Momo can be means as a Chicken Leg, or Pink Color or Peach. So behind name from Momokino are so meaningful and pretty. Okay Next, talking about the food, here I tried three food menu and drinks from Momokino, there are:


1. Donburi Karage Karamiso


Rice bowl from Momokino is a must order, the chicken karage are so juicy, tender and well marinated, the skin are so glossy, with a sunny side up and Furikako, Chili Powder. It has perfect balance of flavor, from sweet and savory. Momokino already improved their recipe from the previous one, so this one are so much better, which is accepted by Indonesian People taste bud and still has its own Japanese unique flavor. Rice are so fluffy and fragrant, which is i believe it was Japanese rice and different from regular Jasmine rice.



2. Takoyaki


Wow, this is the first time i found a perfect Takoyaki in my humble opinion. Because first of all, their use premium quality of ingredients, especially the flour, because the dough it self are so moist, soft, fluffy and the real Japanese Takoyaki should be soft like that. The very first recipe are more softer, than it's adjusted to be more firm, but yet i think still melt, soft, even when it's not warm any more, i mean a little bit cold in room temperature, the texture are still soft, not hard or stiff like other brand. I give standing ovation for this one. The sauces also very nice, more likely to BBQ Japanese sauces, which has a perfect balance of flavor, from sweet, savory and the highlight is the flying bonito which is give UMAMI Flavor to this beautiful Takoyaki, and oh ya i almost forgot, the inside filled with octopus, which is chewy and fresh!



3. Okonomiyaki


OISHI! if you like a pancake and more likely to savory rather than sweet. This is the perfect choice, because it is healthy and tasty. The batter are thin and dough are exactly the same with Takoyaki, which is made from Japanese Flour, which made it to soft, fluffy and melt inside. The sauce also made it to perfect taste, with some Mayonnaise, give more creamier taste and again the Bonito Flakes, give this dish a five star! By the way, you can simply add okonomiyaki on top of the rice, oh la la, pack of flavor and i can eat this every single day. YUMMY!!!



4. Yuzu + Yakult


A very refreshing drink made from Yuzu (orange) and yakult which is very delicious, and quench my thirst. I do really love it, and it help to cleanse up my taste bud after having a Donburi, Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki.
