If you are a fan of truffle (just like me) Momozen is must visit resto, this newly open resto at Altitude 46th floor is seriously takin truffle lover into the next level.
And for the price they are offered,  it is pretty pocket friendy for a concept of casual fine dining.
Me and friends went to Momozen several days ago, we tried several signature dishes as below;
- Truffle Somen with Caviar (80k) - Chilled Japanese Somen, Truffle Kombu (Truffle Dried Seaweed), Caviar, Gold Leaf - best tapas ever! Taste super yummy, and for 80k I will surely coming back for this.
- To-Morokoshi Soup (80k)

Creamy Corn Soup, Charred Cauliflowers Bits, Corn, Baby Corn, Nori Powder - I dont like veggies but the cauliflowers inside this soup is an exception. Super crisp and yummy.
- Truffle Donabe Gohan (320k)

this Momozen Signature Fresh Truffle Rice, Cooked inside Japanese Claypot with

30 minutes preparation. The chef came to our table to shredded the truffle and you can  add additional Fresh Truffle for 30k / 100 Gram, taste yummy beyond words, superrrr greattt!
- Shiogama Beef (340k)

200 Gram Grilled Australian Wagyu Rib-Eye, served uniquely with Salt Crust Dome, with 6 choices of Japanese Condiments, me and friends fave is Butter Soyu & Truffle Kombu sauces. The beef was super tender and moist yet the taste was yummy beyond words, one of my fave menu. Eat em with the truffle rice and i seriously lost my words to describe how good it was.
- Baby Chic Truffle Rice (380k)

Charcoal Grilled Whole Baby Chicken Stuffed with Truffle Butter Rice. With 40 mins preparation you will get a whole portion of baby chicken with steam rice and truffle underneath. The chicken was tasty and tender, even the chicken skin was totally diff from any other chicken dishes out there. Super yummy!
Overall, Momozen is highly rec to try, the avg spending at this resto is below 500k/person but you'll surely have a great fine dining experience, with a great view, excellent service and super great and delicious foods.
