Alain’s Smoked Duck Truffle Pasta (79k)
It is Spaghetti tossed in truffle, sauted garlic, and topped with smoked duck. The Spaghetti is good, it is well-seasoned. The downside is the smoked duck, they overcooked, so it is not tender anymore.
