What you'll love about it ❤
1. Mozarella fingers were a delight to eat, something you should try when you go here.
2. Cheeseburger had quite a good complex taste, I think it would be nicer if they use better buns in the future which could improve the overall flavour.
3. Yakiniku Cheese sandwich was nice, but the bread could be fresher - it was hard to bite.
4. A good place if you plan to be there for long, they have quite good seats, a prayer place and airconned. AC.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Generally, the price and the taste and amount of food should be improved and make customers feel like it's worth it. The plating and the taste of the food should reflect the price, which unfortunately did not come close .
2. We would highly appreciate it if they could please improve the overall service - from hospitality of waiters (they didn't standby on second floor so it was quite hard to reach out to them, generally not-so-friendly waiters, communication to customer should be better but these things should be able to be changed through training them better).
3. It would be great if they improved the speed of food being served. We waited 2 hours in total for 5 people to get their dinner .
4. Freshness of the food need improvement. I thought the Yakiniku was nice and the grounded beef, but others were not too great. Gindara was really overcooked and salty, the breads used are stale and the vegetables were overcooked.
5. It was strange when I entered the restaurant, it said that it was closed, so I asked "Is this place closed?" and they respond "Well, we're supposed to be closed..." I don't understand why they kept it open when they were not properly ready to accept customers. If they would like to close early customers would totally understand instead of being treated like they are not welcome to enter. Hopefully, with training and briefing on how to treat customers, this could change. Such a shame to waste the potential of a strategically located restaurant.
