Love the spicy salmon skin with mayo ❤️
Deeply fried and seasoned nicely.

Other dishes are pretty mediocre to be honest.
The Twister Roll was just ok.. rice isn’t seasoned with vinegar like how Japanese usually does it. Cannot really feel the cream cheese mayo.

The crabstick and corn in my Kani Corn Stacked Sushi was nice but again, the rice isn’t seasoned as I expected.

Gyudon tasted ok but there is an imbalance between the rice & beef..
