Quite a new experience in here, basically you can choose the type of noodle (i.e. hk noodle, black noodle, udon, japanese ramen, etc) then choose the soup base (i.e. miso, tomyum, korean spicy, szechuan) and the topping (i.e. meatball, wonton, sausage, meat, vegie). Other than that there are rice dishes and some snacks.
