# tahu telor spesial Oma (tofu omelette with peanut sauce)
# pare cah telor (stir-fry bitter gourd and egg)
# ikan kakap merah bakar saus dewata (grilled red snapper fish with house chili sauce)
# genjer masak terasi (yellow velvet leaf stir fry with shrimp paste)
# baby buncis masak tauco (green beans stir fry in preserved soybeans sauce)
# tahu original (fried tofu)
# cumi goreng crispy (crispy deep fried battered squid)
# kepiting soka telor asin (soft shell crab with salted egg sauce)
# ikan kuwe bakar cabe hijau (grilled trevally with green chili sauce)
# mie vegetarian (fried noodle with vegetables)
# es campur Oma
# es lychee jelly
Something worth order is their Tahu Telor Spesial Oma. Their tahu telor was quite good for a restaurant that specialized in seafood.
Kepiting soka telor asin is quite good. Tahu original and cumi goreng crispy were quite okay too.
Pare cah telor was quite good also. Genjer was standard. But the Baby Buncis was salty as hell. A popular local saying: yang masak kepengen kawin or loosely translate: the cook (not chef) is desperate to get married.
Ikan kakap merah saus dewa which was highly recommended by our server turned out just standard. It is just spicy and of course who doesn’t like spicy fish. I think the name “saus dewa” was overrated.
Ikan kuwe cabe ijo was also bland, the fish just taste bland, may be because it was too big. We didn’t finish it eventhough the green chili itself was still edible. Regarding this ikan kuwe, we were very disappointed with the server. We asked them what is the smallest size available and he said 0.8 kg to 0.9 kg available. Without informing us further, they served us a 1.8 kg fish. Shouldn’t the restaurant inform us if the small one wasn’t available and ask for our permission first before changing the size of the fish. If the fish was good may be we’re not as disappointed as we were.
Es campur Oma is shaved ice filled coconut, grass jelly, avocado, red ruby and sugar palm.
Es lychee jelly is shaved ice filled with canned lychee and grass jelly with hint of lime. The latter was refreshing.
